Thank you for the first draft. It is written well, but I'd like to provide some more direction.
1. It would be good to list out all of the different types of business models, with one or two lines to explain what they do. (ref https://www.boardofinnovation.com/business-revenue-model-examples/)
2. Then, highlight a high profile business model innovation example, like Uber or Easyjet, and explain what their business model canvas actually shows and how it supports disruptive innovation. This HBR article gives a bit of analysis we can use: https://hbr.org/2011/01/how-to-design-a-winning-business-model Other useful articles to help with this are: http://www.businessmodelsinc.com/easyjet-business-model-a-source-of-inspiration/ http://strategus.it/files/easyjet-business-model.pdf http://www.slideshare.net/patrickpijl/easyjet-business-model-visualized
3. It is worth mentioning the business model canvas at some point, explaining how it allows teams to visualise their models in a simple, yet effective way.
4. Finish with a paragraph on how the reader can go about designing the right business model for their business. See the HBR article I linked to above.
